The certificate of system conformity GOST R is a document certifying product conformity with requirements of normative documents presented to your type of product to be signed by the certification bodies Rostechregulirovaniya of Russia. It is necessary for the transport of goods across the border of the Russian Federation and to implement it through a distribution network.
It is decided to allocate the following types of certificates:
It is used the declaration of compliance with the attached documents confirming the conformity of production requirements. The tests are not provided. In the declaration of conformity the manufacturer (seller) under its own responsibility declares that his product meets the requirements of the Russian Federation. It is used to certify the lot of a small amount of imported products or a single product, components, equipment purchased for domestic production and other facilities, if provided by the technical documentation (certificate of quality of manufacturer, manufacturer’s declaration of conformity, the certificate for quality management system ISO 9000) can be judged on safety of products.
It is recommended for use when the production and sale of these products are one-off. It is necessary to have testing of products. It is applied if you have imported a large batch of products, and you are going to implement it all at once.
It is applied to imported products under long-term contracts or permanent supply of generic products under separate contracts. Certificate is issued for the contract and has a limited duration. For the issuance of the certificate it is required the testing of products.
It is applied in those cases where the certification body has the confidence to maintain stability of production of certified products, at least for the period until the next inspection control. Certificate is issued for a specified period (not exceeding three years) after the necessary tests with positive results.
