Confirmation for the fire safety is the documentary certifying of conformity of products or other objects, works and services requirements of technical regulations, standards, fire safety regulations or conditions of contracts in order to confirm the conformity of products and services, fire safety requirements in accordance with Russian law.
All participants of Fire Safety shall act in accordance with Federal Law "On Fire", "On technical regulation", Resolutions of Government of the Russian Federation, "Rules for Certification of Fire" and "Procedure for certification of products and services for the fire safety."
Obligatory certification is to be for products named in the document "List of products which are subject to obligatory certification for the fire safety", which is periodically reviewed.
Working on Fire Safety is conducted in close cooperation with the National System of certification of products and services of GOST R, regulated with the agreements on cooperation and division of powers and with other documents. Fire Safety Certificate is an obligatory component of the certificate of conformity GOST R.
The organization and carrying out the certification by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in agreement with the Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology.
